Return window

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Return conditions

  • Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

  • Used and/or opened items are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and (optionally) shipping insurance.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • In some cases, (return) shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Inspection & refund approval

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to confirm:

  • It is unused and unopened

  • It is in its original condition and packaging

If the return meets the conditions above, we will approve and process your refund.

Refund method & processing time

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 21 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account.
